Favourite recipe for cooking on my own.

I like eat a good meal, but I do not usually eat like this, because in general the elaboration is longer and I need to do others things. Sometimes, when I have time, I cook some recipes more complex. In general I coook with someone of my family, like cookies with my mother for christmas, a specially breakfast for someone's birthdays or dinner with my father. When I was alone I remembered mother's tips about the food and I liked to look for recipes in the specialized books or in the websites. I have many recipe in home, some of them from my grandmother.

My favourite food for cooking on my own is mushrooms, I liked it sauté with a bit of butter. Also when I want eat somethings special but with a not very difficult preparation, I cook salmon in the oven, I add white wine, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and spice pepper and rosemary; all this for the flavor. I accompany this with potatoes and onions baked with honey. But firts I like to drink a soup of a vegetables as celery, purple onion and pumpkin. Cooking relax me, but I hate washing dishes, I prefer only cook and eat.

MY FAVOURITE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY

I often think, frivolously, that I am far from technology, and maybe it is very wrong. I do not know many things about the latest technology, but my life is always in contact with common technology , for example the refrigerator. Once, one person told me that the washing machine changes his life, I mean that the little things are important. I think that my favourite piece of technology is the video camera, I use it in my art works and in my life in general many times, I like to use it as an instrument to capture moments, I like to work with images and I think in some occasions the video camera allows to catch somethings similar to memories. I do not imagine my life without the video camera, now I am sure that I am near to technology. 

  

My expectations for a new semester

Today, I am going to talk about my expectations for this semester

I prefer to have good expectations in general, because I believe that if you think possitive you accomplish your objectives more easily. I have some objectives for this semester. I want to spend time doing things that I like, for example painting, actually now I need to finish a canvas bigger than I used paint. Also I would like to practice some sport at university to be in a good shape and health too, but previously I must to go to the medical center for a certificate. This semester, I want to learn many things, I really want to learn English. And I hope to spend my time with my sister doing funny things.

MY VERY SHORT AUTO-BIOGRAPHY

I was born in Viña del Mar, I liked very much that city, but when I was 5 years old I left it becuase my parents got a job in the capital city. I have lived here -in Santiago- for17 years. Although I was little, I have good memories about my life in Viña del Mar. When I moved, my life changed a lot, for example I began to study at school. The elementary and the high school was passed in the same school. And now I study fine arts at university. Between school and university I studied few months architecture, but I didn't like and soon I left it, then I worked in a clothes store. In the same year, I traveled around Europe because I wanted to learn a languages, finally I learned Italian and bit of French, also I met a lot of people and new places. I like travelling, other of my hobbies is to read books of literature and history of arts, I like cook with my sisters too. I have two sisters, they are younger than me; my parents are both engineer and they work hard, so I spent many time caring my sisters.
